The 9th Asian Winter Games Harbin 2025 will be held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China from February 7 to February 14, 2025.

The Asian Winter Games is the largest comprehensive winter sports event in Asia. As a city of ice and snow culture and the champion of the Winter Olympics, Harbin has successfully bid to host the 9th Asian Winter Games in 2025. This is the second time Harbin has hosted this event since 1996.

In order to create a strong atmosphere for welcoming the Asian Winter Games and showcase the urban charm and ice and snow charm of Harbin. On April 13th, the 300 day countdown theme event for the 9th Asian Winter Games in 2025 officially kicked off at the Harbin Grand Theatre.

This event is led by renowned audio designer Mr. Song Duoduo as the overall audio designer, with Mr. Song Renyi as the audio director and Ms. Su Xiaolin as the on-site sound engineer. The Ruifeng Intelligent Technology Team is responsible for system construction and support work, using RF and VK brand speakers and peripheral equipment.

The main sound reinforcement PA system adopts the LUCA series dual 10 inch three division line array speakers, combined with dual 18 inch ultra-low frequency speakers, placed on both sides of the stage, to form a four division stereo system (4+2 combination placement). The LUCA series speakers adopt a mid to high pitch coaxial structure, with a horizontal angle of 100 ° x vertical angle of 10 °, and adopt optimized path (SIW) streamlined phase waveguide technology, greatly reducing the problem of inconsistent hearing caused by axis deviation. The sound coverage directionality is more accurate and uniform.

Due to the wide horizontal width of the front area in the audience, we used two TX6 full frequency speakers as the center sound supplement, and placed them horizontally at the entrance to compensate for the weak blind spots covered by the line array speakers, effectively improving the clarity of the front area.

The back-to-back listening system adopts 2 TX6 and 6 TF8 full frequency speakers, which are concealed and installed according to the needs of stage design. It is divided into 4 groups (2 in each group) to cover multiple points on the stage, allowing artists on stage to hear their voices clearly at various positions.

The theme of this event is "Dream of Asia Together with Ice and Snow". The concept of "green, sharing, openness, and integrity" runs through the entire process of organizing the competition, using 5G technology to innovate dance design, integrating elements of "sports+art" and "ice and snow+music", igniting the surging passion of the whole people for the upcoming Asian Winter, and expressing the beautiful vision of jointly building a community with a shared future for mankind.

This event has put in a lot of effort in stage presentation, striving to create a stage that combines art and ice and snow. The stage has been redesigned with a specially poured ice stage, and live performances are presented through a combination of traditional stage performances and ice performances. Innovatively utilizing ice symphony as the opening theme of the entire event.

300 days of preparation and agreement is to undertake the journey of future struggle. The snowflakes of the Asian Winter Games are about to depart from Harbin, drifting towards Asia and the world. 31 million hot hearts are looking forward to meeting you - the Ice City.
